How does ordering work?
Please review the collection listed as "wholesale" - each product is sold in a case of (5). To purchase 20 mugs, for example, please add the product to your cart 4x. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Meg at CupHalfFullNC@gmail.com!
For custom orders - please send confirmation # and any inspiration images, design direction or logos to CupHalfFullNC@gmail.com. If an email hasn't been received in 24-48 hours, we will reach out directly!
How do returns or refunds work?
If your order arrives broken, please take photographs of the damaged items and email them to CupHalfFullNC@gmail.com to discuss replacement or reimbursement options. Thank you!
When will I get my order?
Turnaround at this time is approx. 4-6 weeks, though it will ship early if possible.
